Job Description:

• Healthcare Payer experience required; specific experience in Patient Access Rule, Provider Directory, Eligibility Reporting Solutions


• 5 plus years of business analyst experience or in a similar role.


• Experience in business analysis with a focus on managing business and technical requirements.


• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies (Jira a plus).


• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


• SQL/Database expertise.


• Ability to analyze the complex business process.


• Analytical problem-solving approach.


• Ability to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently.


• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information.


• Understand the technology, data management, information flow, and data governance issues.


• In-depth knowledge of interoperability standards - HL7, FHIR, CDA-based message formats (CCD, CCDA), IHE profiles (XDS.b, XCA, PIX/PDQ).


• Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR, Lab, and PACS applications preferred.
