Dashboards HR Software Typing Employment Contracts Operations Dashboard Metrics HR dashboard Oracle HRMS fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Responsibilities: HRMS Implementation: Closely involve in the implementation process of the HRMS software, working closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure a smooth transition from the existing system to the new HRMS. This includes requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, data migration, user manual preparation and provide trainings. System Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRMS-related queries and issues. Control in providing user access, areas of responsibilities, other security settings and system processes to ensure alignment with the organization's policies and procedures. Regular. HRMS audit on the relevant employee data, such as Legal Entity, Business Unit, Assignment Category, Department and Brand, including data of new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRMS. Generate and prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making, monitor key HR metrics, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement data validation processes to identify and resolve data discrepancies or integrity issues. System Enhancement and Optimization: Continuously assess the HRMS functionality and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and implement system enhancements, workflows, and automation to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users on the effective use of the HRMS. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing their questions and concerns promptly. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to ensure proper system utilization. Compliance and Security: Ensure the HRMS complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as internal security policies. Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and implement necessary system updates to maintain compliance. Collaborate with IT and security teams to manage system access controls and mitigate potential risks. Vendor Management: Coordinate with HRMS and other system related vendors to address issues, implement updates or patches, and manage service level agreements. Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes or enhancements as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 4-7 years) in HR systems administration or HRIS role. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Familiarity with HR data management and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. Oracle Fusion HRMS implementation Experience is Must
