Local mining company seeks a motivated individual to work as an HR/Payroll Assistant. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience working in the human resources and/or payroll field, and be able to work autonomously, remaining calm under pressure. The Human Resources/Payroll Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations payroll and human resource department.
This position requires a candidate that can be highly professional, self-motivated, and able to use good judgement, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity. Foresight offers competitive wages, a generous bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel proficiency a must
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer application
- Associates degree in related field required.
