• 1. Responsible for end-to-end Retail Recruitment activities of Organization.
• 2. Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn)
• 3. Screening and shortlisting the prospective candidate based on the job profile and coordinate interviews with respective managers.
• 4. Design and update job description and specification as per requirements.
• 5. Maintain a database of candidates and conduct background verifications.
• 6. To take care of Employee Training & Performance in the Retail out lets.
• Skills Required:
• 1. Good Communication skills (written and Verbal)
• 2. Proficient in handling job portals.
• 3. Good Interpersonal skills.
• 4. Good knowledge in MS Office
