Role Summary:

In this role, youll be tasked with supporting the Human Resources and Recruiting Functions in a variety of administrative tasks. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Schedule interviews, calls, and other candidate communication.
  • Create and update job descriptions.
  • Train Iontra team members when needed on the utilization of Workable and manage/hold hiring managers accountable to review candidates and interview candidates against their current opening.
  • Follow up with candidates in the recruiting process to keep them informed of their status.
  • Collect any documents needed.
  • Manage ATS (Workable).
  • Post jobs to all job boards to include Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed.
  • Conduct background checks.
  • Process offer letters.
  • Assist the HR Manager with employee onboarding in HRIS systems.
  • Work with the Technical Recruiter to ensure all planned and approved roles get filled in a timely manner.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors on recruiting efforts.
  • Work with the Technical Recruiter to develop and implement plan to begin campus recruiting efforts including developing campus recruiting team.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop a clear employer brand and broaden the social media footprint, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.

Requirements

Youll Need These Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with an ATS system (Workable preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • 1-3 years of related HR/Recruiting experience is required.
  • Attention to detail and prompt follow-up is required.

Benefits

Benefits and Compensation:

Salary Range: $57k -$65k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
