Quick Start Staffing, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support and services to our employees and management team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will also play a key role in ensuring our HR policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances
  • Assist with performance management process, including performance reviews and development plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
  • Assist with HR reporting and analysis
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee training and development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is required
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
