A day in the life.

As our HR Generalist (HRG) on the Human Resources Department, youll be responsible for the following:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HRG. In the intricate web of human resources, the payroll-focused HR generalist emerges as the silent guardian of financial equilibrium. With meticulous precision, they navigate the labyrinth of payroll operations, ensuring each employee receives their due compensation promptly and accurately. Their expertise extends beyond mere numbers; they are the architects of comprehensive benefits packages, weaving together health insurance, retirement plans, and employee perks into a safety net of well-being. Amidst the cacophony of daily operations, they stand as stalwart sentinels, ensuring compliance with regulations and smoothing the path for seamless employee experiences. Their impact, though often understated, resonates deeply, shaping the foundation upon which organizational success is built.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration and/or human resources.
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Thorough understanding of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work environment & physical demands.

Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.

The applicable base salary range for this role $56,100 to $89,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
