Department Overview

EMEA Human Resources is a regional team that collaborates closely with Bain offices across the EMEA region. What defines us is a truly collaborative work environment, where we share our knowledge and inspire each other what helps grow our careers. Due to the dynamic growth, we are looking for new talents to join our Team for the paid Internship.




Your scope of responsibilities could start with activities like:


Recruitment administration (screening of applications, scheduling interviews)

Supporting HR administration, creation of documents, data management in HR systems

Organizing, scheduling trainings

Professional Development (creating evaluation documents, collecting feedback after the end of the project)

Administration of surveys (data analytics, reporting)

Close cooperation with one of the Office in the EMEA region


and much more as you will get further experience. Join us and use your creativity to explore various HR areas.




What we offer:


At least 6 months paid Internship with flexible working hours (min. 20 hours per week)

Who we are looking for:


Someone with a passion to learn and develop

The people-oriented mindset with an interest in HR

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication

Can-do attitude coupled with an ability to work in a team

Fluency in English (knowledge of German or French would be an additional asset)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
