SUMMARY: A Womack HR intern will use their knowledge and skills to complete special projects or tasks within the Human Resources Department. Interns will also experience a professional work environment and have the opportunity to explore many aspects of the business world.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Complete tasks through proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or Word and/or HR systems

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma, GED, or completion of some college prep courses
EXPERIENCE:
General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures in a professional business environment
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with people at all levels of the organization

Basic knowledge of computer operation and relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office)
