Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
deliver HR services based on a solid understanding of HR processes and organizations needs; deploy HR policies, processes and implement the people and organization strategy in Ukraine.


You are a part of
Ukrainian team, who support on daily basis the Philips managers and employees on various HR related topics.


You are responsible for

Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational development through all HR processes
Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and managers/ employees self-service
Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes
Managing internal communication regarding various HR related aspects
Oversee all admin and payroll (externalized) activities and lead all matters related to Labor Law


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelors degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)
Fluent English is a must
Good influencing and communication skills/ managing stakeholders
Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities
Experience in matrix organization
Very good knowledge about labor law
