Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations
- Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization
- Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
- Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and its employees/staff
- Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
