Role: HR domain/Functional consultant with SNOW Location : Seattle, WA Overall Experience 8-10 years of Insightful exposure in IT Industry across various HRSD features like Case Management Tools (ServiceNow & Neocase), associated integrations, HR Service Delivery, People Management, etc. 5+ years of varied experience in HR domain. 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, in various Configuration Roles and working on various modules, like: HRSD, WSD, Custom Apps, etc. Experience in leading discovery sessions, gathering, organizing and documenting business requirements and creating Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications. Specific Relevant Experience HR process efficiency, addressing teammate questions, and driving technology enablement. Improving the colleague experience through automation and self-service enablement. Should have worked across HR function to understand efficiency opportunities and guide technology and process changes that are employee-centered. Leverage data whenever possible to understand productivity opportunities. Ability to prioritize work based on return on investment (ROI) focused on time savings for our HR and employee population. Make the best use of technology including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), data integrations, data centralization, and case management to enable productivity gains across HR. Key highlights 3 years of experience in Project Management, System Implementations, or Service Delivery Case Management experience in HRSD Designed and delivered solutions through technology Process Automation experience (e.g. RPA, Chatbots, etc Process efficiency/productivity improvement Creative Problem Solving Managed large projects and coordinate responsibilities between team members Relevant Certifications & Accreditations ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources CIPD Certified Soft Skills Communication and Presentation skills Digital transformation, Leadership and Resource Management skills to manage technical Team; Coordination and Negotiations with Project Stakeholders, Business teams and third parties. Sound communication, interpersonal and presentation skills for Interacting with Business stakeholders to discuss business requirements.
