We are offering a $150K annual starting salary, plus bonus opportunity to earn as much as $300,000 in your first year!

Requirements

• 3+ years of Management Experience in a Home Services Field (Ideally HVAC, but we are open to Plumbing or Electrical backgrounds)
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and train a high-performing team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stellar interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• A competitive spirit and an unyielding desire to succeed.
• A valid drivers license with a clean record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
