Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of HVAC and industrial piping projects from initial conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing work schedules, resources, and budgetary allocations.
• Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and steer corrective actions as necessary.
• Review project designs and specifications, offering expert insights and recommendations for optimal outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in or around Norfolk, VA.
• A stable employment history reflecting commitment and proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and industrial piping project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial piping methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
