HVAC company located in Chapel Hill is looking for a Lead Installer with a minimum of 3 years experience installing residential and light commercial equipment. The desired candidate must be dependable, hard working, detailed-oriented, and is a team player. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to take the leadership role are a must. Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of American Standard/Trane products.

• Neat and professional appearance


• Must possess knowledge of N.C. Mechanical and Electrical Codes


• Valid driver's license with clean driving record


• Able to pass random drug tests


• Clean criminal background


• Ability to work independently
