Position: HVAC Residential Installers

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000

Employment type: Full Time

FOR OUR SAN MARCOS LOCATION

Job Duties:

• Lead and supervise all Solar installations


• Scheduling


• Procure and have all materials ready for each installation


• Review plans


• Coordinate with solar designer and coworkers to expedite the permitting process and check all solar designs for accuracy prior to installation date


• Monitor installation fleet, warranty and service work as necessary


• Responsible for all department hiring and training


• Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum HVAC experience


• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record


• Ability lift up to 50 lbs., push and pull up to 100 lbs. daily, climb stairs and ladders and reach for supplies


• Own tools


• Must be reliable


• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
