• 3+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
• 2+ Years of Direct Sales Experience (on a performance model)
• Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable working directly with customers

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Previous HVAC Sales Experience (2 Years)

• Comfortable working nights and weekend as scheduled
