Essential Duties

• Work in the field alongside an experienced Sr. HVAC technician assisting them in service and repair of HVAC systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures.
• Attentive to detail, observe and complete tasks assigned by the Sr. HVAC technician.
• Unload equipment, verify deliveries and help install equipment.
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite/work area.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Sr. HVAC technician by completing tasks in a safe, prompt, accurate, and professional manner.
• Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members.
• Work closely with Sr. HVAC technician and customers to make sure the HVAC issues are resolved.
• Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
• Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and math skills.
• Commitment to integrity and quality.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 90 lbs comfortably.
• Must be able to bend, squat, crouch or kneel for an extended amount of time.
• Must be able to work from heights and small crawl spaces.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (heat / cold)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr
