• A hunger for knowledge, with time spent in service training seminars and classes.
• A head for heights, working comfortably from 28 extension ladder and 12 step ladder.
• Proficient and safe use of power and hand tools. You're a maestro with a wrench!
• A knack for following directions, written or verbal.
• Stellar commitment to top-tier customer service. You're all about those five-star reviews!
• EPA certification and NATE Core Certification (a plus). You've got the papers to prove your mettle.
• A clear demonstration of mechanical aptitude. Gears and gadgets speak to you!

• Zipping from jobsite to jobsite, always on time and ready to solve the next challenge.
• Stepping up to take the wheel of the company vehicle when needed.
• Clear communication with customers, keeping them informed and impressed with our service.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, from electrical refrigeration principles to service tools and soldering skills.
