Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:



•Install new hating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems



•Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements



•Perform routine preventative maintenance.



•Adhere to all safety policies and procedures



•Undertakes duct cleaning services



• Maintains record keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine



• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs



• Experience in the repair, replacement and adjustment of residential and commercial operating systems



• Travel to job sites in service area, and work with office staff to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer 



Job Requirements:



• CFC Universal License is Required



• A Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience required.



• Must have a MD Drivers Lic and a clean driving record.



• Must be able to undergo a backround check.



• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.



• Must have his own tools.



• Demonstrated strong customer service problem solving skills and decision-making.



• Skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability



• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure while working under pressure in a fast paced environment



• Maintains a “can do” attitude



• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.



• A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results



• Attention to detail and punctuality is critical
