O'Hairs in El Paso, TX is looking for multiple cosmetologists to join our team. We are located in the Cimarron Market on the far westside. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged, with a strong knowledge of men's haircuts with unmatched customer service skills. Hiring full time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

Provide full salon services including haircuts, shampoo, hot facial towel treatment, styling etc.
Help to maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
Ability to advise and recommend services based on customers desires
Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques
Scheduling appointments
Answer customer phone enquiries
Qualifications

Previous salon experience required
Current state or cosmetology license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Compensation

Competitive starting hourly wage ( based on experience and availability)
Weekly bonus structure
Average 30% or greater tips
Opportunity for growth
Total hourly compensation can exceed $30.00 ph.
