Title: Hand Roll Prep Tech | Reports to: Hand Roll Manager | Location: Redland, FL
Job Responsibilities:
The hand roll prep technician is responsible for preparing all necessary supplies for the hand rolling technicians.
- Organizing all tools and products needed for each batch.
- Preparing and grinding all flower that will be used by the hand rollers.
- Track and document loss of product through the grinding process; it is crucial that all product is accounted for through each batch.
- Sanitizing the grinder between strains and avoiding any cross contamination.
- Conducting moisture tests on upcoming strains and determining rollability.
- Sizing filters to desired size.
- Folding paper filters to be used as inserts.
- General sanitation of grinding station and department areas.
- Maintaining an organized and sterile work environment.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs as well as: sit, stand, bend, kneel or perform physical tasks as needed for extended periods of time.
Starting Wage: $18/hr (with potential for overtime). The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits, PTO & Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days. Starting wages are determined by several factors including experience.

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Can actively pass a level two federal background check
- Obtained their high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately)
- Can lift 50lbs over their head, stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, squat etc as necessary to get the job done
