Fast-Paced Production Opportunity - Handline Operator
Are you a reliable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment?

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Handline Operator to join our growing production team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products are assembled and moved efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule, arriving on time for shifts.
Attend daily safety meetings at 6:50 am and actively participate in safety training.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn by following instructions from leads and partners.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Monitor glue levels throughout the day and replenish cold-gluer pans as needed.
Take initiative and ownership of your work tasks.
Perform physical tasks safely, including bending, stooping, twisting, turning, and reaching.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the team environment.
Ensure your workspace and cold-gluers are clean and organized during the afternoon.
Conduct routine maintenance on cold-gluers, including oiling them at the start of the day and during breaks.
Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors regarding missing tools or safety concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols established for the production handline role.
