SEEKING MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN

• Hourly Income: $18/hr.


• Must Pass Background Check

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preventive and Emergency Maintenance for residential and commercial properties


• Landscaping (sprinkler repair & planting etc.)


• Dry wall repair, spackling, and painting (repair holes, replace sheetrock, etc.)


• Light plumbing and carpentry (remove clogs, replace toilets, etc.)


• Basic knowledge of AC preventive maintenance (clean AC, replace run capacitors, fans, etc.)


• Basic knowledge of flooring (replace tiles…etc.)


• Basic knowledge of Electricity (fan replacements & lights, etc.)


• Clean dryer vents


• AC Filters


• Must have own tools.


• Must have own transportation.

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: $18/hr.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
