Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
>Handling and troubleshooting server and storage hardware, and networking, including running diagnostic and finding defective hardware components if any.
>Hands-on experience of minimum 1-3 years in installing/mounting/maintenance of servers and their associated components
>Rich hands-on experience in configuration of switches/Router/Firewall/WLC and AP (Mainly Cisco)
>Ready to travel anywhere in India for a week(Maximum)* (Passport holder)
>Comfortable to work for extended hours (On the field) when the occasional situation demands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Expertise/knowledge in each of the following areas respectively-
>Must have a minimum of 01-year experience in independently handling either Cisco/server/storage devices and has working knowledge in the other two.
>Desktop OS-Windows XP, 7 & 8 including IE/Mozilla and MS office and other applications
