Searching for an experienced head catering chef to help our corporate catering company grow to new levels. Must have at least 2 years of full line kitchen management experience with banquet and large scale food production.  Responsible for recipe and menu creation in conjunction with owner; recipe costing, food costs, inventory and ordering, management of kitchen staff, maintaining sanitation standards and equipment maintenance, preparation of food to company specifications and communication with general manager and owner.  Excellent starting salary with incentives.  Want to own your own business some day?  Let's talk!
