# Experience Required - 7 years+

# Requirements:

- Good communication skills

- Should have good experience in all types of french & american breads like baguette, sourdough, pain au chocolat, danish, croissants, bagel etc.

- should have good knowledge of sandwiches, exotic greens, meats, cheese, breakfast menu options, on-the go food etc

- Should be able to lead the team and train staff.

• Remedy any problems or defects
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
• Oversee the work of subordinates
• Estimate staffs workload and compensations
• Maintain records of payroll and attendance
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-oworkers
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
