Head Chef

LLS AUS GROUP is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Chef to join our team. We are a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group with multiple locations across Australia.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for creating delicious dishes and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs, and developing and executing new menu items.

The ideal candidate should have:

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen

Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety

Ability to manage a team of chefs and delegate tasks

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A creative flair and a passion for creating delicious dishes

Knowledge of cost-effective menu planning

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
