Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliation and reporting for management actions Supervise the functioning of theAccountsdepartment to ensure timely finalization ofaccounts and compilation of accounting statements Prepare annual and other periodic budgets and implement systems to ensure effective budgetary control Maintain effective liaison with Banks for Credit
Limits, Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit and other Banking matters Manage CMA / QIS Financial Statements till finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit && Loss Accounts Manage all matters related to GST, Income Tax and Banks, maintaining required documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance Ensure effective management and control of funds across the organization including branch level Co-ordinate for efficient and timely completion of management, internal and external audits including taking corrective actions on audit
recommendationsFinalization of Books Quarterly closing of books and Presentation of quarterly financial results before top management Monthly MIS Reports Audits Statutory Audit Tax Audit Internal Audit Cost Audit Liaison with Statutory / Internal Auditors Income Tax Matters
