Requirement:
1.The candidate must have the finance HOD/Finance manager experienceleast 3 years, and handle the team more than 5 members,
2.Proficient in team management and SAP system,
3.Good know ledgerin taxation and compliance,
4.Prefer the candidate have the working experiencein CA firm, Manufacturing company, MNC, Listed company.
Qualification:
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP)
Foreign electronic manufacture sector company ( hidden_mobile employees) experience
Participated in SAP projects
Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
Excellent knowledge at accounting and Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
BSc/BA/CA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Leadership abilities & Fluent English speaking
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accounts management and monthly closing
Taxation and compliance
Conduct Statutory and internal audit
Handling taxation matters with authority
Conduct risk management
Evaluate and decide on investments
Supervise a team of Accountants
Allocate resources and manage cash flows
Conduct profit and cost analyses
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
Consult board members about funding options
Recommend cost-reducing solutions
Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
