Head / Senior Manager - HR.

Desired Job Description / Profile

- Responsible for talent management and implement overall recruiting strategies for Infrastructure projects for all over India.
- Develop and update job specifications / descriptions for various positions at various different offices and project sites.
- Perform job & task analysis to complete the objectives.
- Source and attract candidates by using references, databases, social media sites etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection methods / tools to filter and screen candidates
- Assess suitable candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, background and aptitude

Job specification

1. Proven HR and recruitment experience in Infrastructure projects would be highly preferred.
2. Qualified MBA in HRD ( 2 Years Full Time ) from a Top 10 Institute / University would be Preferred.
3. Candidate must have at least 10 - 12 years of Industry experience.
4. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.
5. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
6. Willingness to travel as and when required.
7. Display commitment and Willingness for personal and professional development for employees.

The Position would report to CHRO.

WFH Option is also available.
