Job Description
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and are you passionate about understanding customer experiences and driving brand success? As the Head of Brand & Customer Experience Insights for Health Systems, you will spearhead our efforts in understanding customer insight/feedback and making data-driven decision-making across the global HS organization. Manage and utilize global survey programs to uncover insights into how Philips is perceived compared to competitors and provide strategic marketing insight to maintain our competitive edge. We're seeking an experienced leader with a track record in team-building and a holistic enterprise view to navigate the complexities of marketing governance and drive impactful change within the organization. You will be part of the Marketing Insights & Analytics Leadership Team of the global MI&A Center of Excellence at Philips Health Systems reporting to the Global Head of MI&A.

Your role:


Lead a team of experienced Insight Managers.

Responsible for our Health Systems Global Customer Feedback programs (NPS), Brand studies (Brand strength, Competitive Positioning, Brand campaigns, Positioning, etc.) and our Knowledge Management Platform.

Work closely with the central Brand Team on strategic brand projects, work closely with our Experience Teams to drive customer-centricity across the organization, Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Health Systems Businesses to align customer insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Drive adoption of innovative research tools, including AI-powered insights generation.

Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards.

Connect externally to bring in best practices and innovative tools.

You're the right fit if:


Hold a degree in business/marketing/economic discipline (BSc/MSc).

Have experience leading teams in customer experience and brand research (preferably experience in both Healthcare and Consumer research).

Possess strong analytical skills and experience in insights-driven decision-making.

Thought leadership in applying consumer insights methods and approaches to brand and experience challenges.

Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing tools and emerging research methods.

Exhibit excellent communication, synthesis, and creative thinking skills.

Showcase strategic thinking as well as hands-on actionability.
