Hey, we're Elevar. We help D2C brands like Vuori, Cuts Clothing, and thousands of others on Shopify make conversion tracking and analytics a superpower. Our server-side conversion tracking transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy.

This helps customers make more money from their existing marketing campaigns, through our technology, without changing anything (Product Value ROI for the win!).

But -- we aren't helping as many D2C brands as we could and should be.

This is where you come in.

We're looking for our first ever Growth leader (at 40 employees!).

You'll be taking over from our Founder & CEO and help build out the team over time.

Requirements

Who you are

  • You have experience running experimentations to help increase conversion rates
  • You are a finisher. We want someone that loves executing and crossing the finish line on growth initiatives
  • You have experience managing the full lifecycle of digital ad creation (from creative measurement to scaling)
  • You consider yourself an expert with analytics & conversion tracking
  • You understand product-led and customer-led growth concepts for SaaS businesses
  • You are KPI and business results driven
  • You can balance being in the weeds on executing growth initiatives (which you will be doing) while also thinking 12-18 months in the future
  • You love talking with customers and prospects on calls, emails, Twitter, LinkedIn, podcasts, etc

Bonus Points:

  • You have experience running growth campaigns for D2C brands
  • Understand SEO and content authority

What you'll do:

  • You will build our growth engine to ensure we are feeding the top of funnel for sales team, because youll be
  • collaborating closely with our Sales and Partnerships teams
  • You will analyze and report on performance of all campaigns you and your team are responsible for from inbound leads to trial conversion rates
  • Create demand for Elevar that is measured by new trials, demos, and upgrades
  • You will take new ideas from zero to 1. Youre a self starter. You can go from an idea, to a first meeting, to a successful rollout in rapid time
  • Build repeatable processes to scale team
  • Finish. Ideas are a dime a dozen. Executing and finishing is how we win
  • Leverage AI and new technologies to improve efficiency
