Job TitleHead of IWD NAR
Job Description

Head of IWD NAR will formulate the commercial logistics policy and to create, lead and coordinate initiatives and activities to achieve optimum integrated management of the goods flow for the markets.

The North American IWD organization is being rebuilt around a 3PL network provider that delivers warehouse management and last mile delivery services. The network is currently managed by GBS transactional resources and Spend Management category leaders, without any operational oversight or accountability for performance.


In this role, you are responsible for:


- Actively driving integration across the E2E value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value
- Ensuring that output of our warehouse and 3PL activities meets current and future demands, regulatory and service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed to our customers
- Establishing a responsive, agile supply chain, by translating supply chain strategy into processes and policies
- Driving an optimal balance of supply and demand through integrated planning and effective materials management to maximize performance and profitability
- Initiating changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain
- Creating and maintaining a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program
- Pro-actively embedding quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise


You're the right fit if you have a customer-first attitude and the following:


- Bachelors/Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management)
- 15 + years of experience in Distribution, Warehouse and/or Supply Chain Management
- Ability to deliver accurate, analytical, and process driven way of working
- Capable of driving change through matrix and supplier relationships

Philips Transparency Details


The pay range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
