Head of Maintenance is responsible for coordinating and/or conducting the preventive and routine maintenance of 4 facilities and vehicles. Proven experience and/or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, and general facility maintenance is desired. 

 

This position performs general maintenance repairs such as painting, electrical, changing light bulbs, plumbing, furniture repair, patching walls, hanging shelves and other repairs in accordance with certifications and abilities.

 

Secures and works with vendors relating to maintenance issues.
