Nomad Kitchen Co is a startup located in Berkeley, California, manufacturing a system that allows you to take your kitchen on the road. We are a lifestyle brand focused on making cooking while car camping, on road trips, at festivals, and tailgating fun and easy so people can focus on the adventure at hand.

 

This is not a traditional marketing manager position, rather a leader looking to manage the customer-facing side of the company so I can focus on business operations and production.

 

Together, we will develop a marketing strategy, promote the Nomad Kitchen Co brand, create awareness around our product line, and develop and execute an IndieGoGo campaign. This is a temporary contract position with flexible hours, the ability to work remotely, and the possibility to work on a broad spectrum of projects. Upon completion of a successful IndieGoGo campaign, there is an opportunity for full-time employment, a substantial raise, and even the possibility of profit sharing.

 

You will have the full support of Nomad Kitchen Company's Founder and in house support staff including a leading marketing research expert, graphic designer, legal support, and event coordinator.

Responsibilities

· Execute our Preorder Campaign on Indiegogo

· Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan

· Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

· Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings

· Inform clients and prospects of products through creative marketing strategies

· Track performance of all marketing campaigns

· Comanage social media and web content

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· 4+ years' experience in marketing

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

· Experience with Indiegogo, Kickstarter, or similar preorder platform is preferred
