In the role of
Head of Global Operations 3D Printing,
you will contribute tocreation of factory of the future, supporting technical innovation Teams creating and developing new production and efficiency tools (hardware & software), as well as orchestrating operational activities for the different production sites globally, focusing on maturing the processes and introducing standardization in way of working.

What youll do

Grow and further develop the teams worldwide. Develop talent that is retained and moves forward in job content and complexity. Lead the perpetual learning behavior across the organization.
Lead performant global operations team, ensure a continuous improvement set up is present to drive efficiency.
Manage new product introduction in the operations (Global 3D footprint in AU - US - EU (HU - BE)).
Balance and align strategically the desired operational footprint to fulfill current and future demand.
Drive strategic development and deployment towards factory of the future. (Digital and automation plan operations) and explore new production locations and expansion opportunities ahead of the demand.
Manage the supply chain and manufacturing operations and processes cultivating the exceptional customer experience and being recognized as the most reliable operational partner.
Support Research and Development Team with New Product creation process. Contribute with insights to reduce product cost and its assembly complexity and time. Improve the sustainable and circular nature of our operations and manufacturing relentless.
P&L operations for full venture and Capex on operations.

Your qualifications

Proven working experience in manufacturing - operations and supply chain roles, ideally in 3D Printing technology.
Exceptional people management. stakeholder management and alignment skills from factory floor to boardroom stakeholders.
Strategic insight and executional ability. Thinks beyond day-to-day activities to see the bigger picture.
Change agent/transformation management in complex environments on multi-country scale.
Strong financial governance experience across the entire operations process and P&L.
Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making and drives change within the team vs using escalations.
Fosters excellent cross-functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectives.
