- Developing and maintaining executive level relationship with customer leaders
- Managing P&L of the unit
- Focusing on headcount and expenses with best cost control initiatives
- Ensuring top quality service for the end customers (customers of TCS' customers)
- Ensuring world class operations team is put in place
- Provide leadership for various technology and transformation initiatives impacting operations
- Responsible for revenue growth and generating new offerings for the customers
- Ensuring delivery excellence and meeting SLA (Service Level Agreements) requirements
- Roll out top class risk management practices and keep all audits clean
- Provide general management and supervision for day to day running of operations
- Leveraging wider TCS organizational teams
- Set and execute strategic goals in line with organizational goals along with direct reports and wider team
Qualifications: Suitable candidate is expected to be graduate with relevant qualification or experience. Ideal candidate must come with proven track record for cost, service, relationship, revenue, and team management. The person should be able to handle large team of about 2500+ associates across call center, business operations in insurance or relevant / related sector. The person should be comfortable to work with cross cultural teams and global centers. However, some of these may be waived for suitable candidate. |
