We will count on you to:


Assemble and lead portfolio tenders for a range of general lines insurance products, predominately across property and casualty, and other product lines excluding financial lines
Leverage your expertise to lead insurance product development, turning your insights into actionable solutions
Negotiate new insurance products
Broker large scheme and infinity placements
Expertly manage the tendering of existing insurance product arrangements.

What you need to have:


A solid background in insurance broking or underwriting, especially in property or casualty insurance
Proficiency in excel and a knack for diving deep into portfolio metrics, data, and profitability analysis
Experience in broking or underwriting
Prior experience in product development and delivery.
