Prepare flavor and aroma products used in food and beverages using food science, chemistry, materials science and other related disciplines at a terpenes development and manufacturing company. This includes best practice sensory evaluations, analytic instrumentation and wet chemical techniques to test the composition, efficacy, stability and other properties of the formulations. Analyze the nutritional content of formulations, identify new material sources, and research ways to make new innovative formulations, including the full range of form factors. Manipulate flavor and fragrance formulations for use in different media/matrices (carbohydrate, aqueous/emulsions, protein). Identify and implement new product concepts to produce new proprietary blends. Prepare reports, write technical papers and give technical presentations as appropriate to develop reputation and market presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related, and 12 months experience in same or related position.
