Develop and implement HR strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans related to HR management, including recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc., to support the company's overall business objectives.

Recruitment and selection: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including Posting job advertisements, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and working with relevant departments to complete the onboarding process for new employees.

Staff training and development: Develop and implement staff training and development plans, identify staff training needs, organize training courses and activities to improve staff skills and knowledge.

Performance Management: Develop and manage the performance appraisal system, work with the management team to ensure clear performance goals are set and provide effective feedback and coaching to promote employee growth and development.

Compensation and benefit management: Responsible for developing and administering compensation and benefit plans, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards, and working with the finance department to ensure accurate compensation and benefit administration.

Employee relationship Management: deal with employee relationship issues, including complaints, dispute resolution and employee turnover, establish and maintain positive employee relationship, promote employee satisfaction and teamwork.

Legal compliance: Ensure that the company's human resource management complies with U.S. labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements, including labor contracts, employment terms, workplace safety, etc.

Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze HR data, provide relevant reports and recommendations to help companies make decisions and improve HR strategies.

Requirements

Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above in related field such as human resource management, labor relations, etc.

Work Experience: Experience in a related field is required. 5 + years HR management experience is usually required. Team management experience is preferred.

Professional knowledge: familiar with the labor laws and regulations and human resource management practices of the United States, understand the professional knowledge of compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment and employee training.
