Roles & Responsibilities
Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical architecture for data and related solutions
Exercise you strong decision-making skills in terms of data analysis and architecting large data infrastructure
Create technical solution and architecture, artifacts, work products and presentation of solution with the customer.
Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
Map Business Entity Relationships with the Salesforce Health Cloud Object Model to support Broker Relationships/Hierarchies, Locations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sales Data across LOBs & Product Lines
Feature Based Development & Deployment - Unhandled Package Design to be used for health cloud development as well as can be deployed to our own Elevance salesforce orgs and should be able to place it in the salesforce marketplace in future.
Salesforce DX module - Scratch Org strategy for CI/CD pipeline, auto deployment and code scanning etc., Integrated deployment platform
Salesforce customization vs. declarative configuration options - Minimize the customization over configuration for easy maintenance.
Vlocity development & design skills along with customer LWC development - Guide team to use development best practices (Omniscripts vs. Flex cards vs. custom LWC) Skills
10-15 years of Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design,
Bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent degree
IT/software development experience, solution design and technical architecture experience.
Expert level experience with business and technical applications;
Sound knowledge in Salesforce , Health Cloud , LWC
Good knowledge & experience in Vlocity
Ability to mentor others, lead multiple or large projects and provide troubleshooting support Proficient in one or more design-oriented and functional programming languages
Hands-on development and code refactoring experience
Should be familiar with (Scaled) Agile framework and experience in evolutionary design and development processes
Experience designing solutions to support mission-critical and business programs.
Experience conducting discovery workshops to derive customer requirements, specifications and business processes.
Experience in Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes,Planning, Analyzing Information and Developing Standards.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual design skills
Domain knowledge in healthcare is a plus
Consulting experience
Experience in SAFe is mandatory
Excellent written and oral communication skills
