We're looking for a passionate and versatile HEALTH COACH who will be responsible for handling clients in the Digital Product Wellness in both domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities

We're scaling up our Digital Wellness Product and We are looking for a Health Coach to handle our online clients and help build our wellness vertical in a holistic manner. You will be responsible for:

• Handling clients through Well-versed clinical knowledge on the diet and nutrition part of pre conception, pre natal, pregnancy, post partum, weaning, growing years of children etc...
• Creating the holistic care plan zone for the entire wellness vertical.
• Daily tracking and support for the existing online clients.
• Ensuring the utmost care and attention is given to the clients with empathy and right clinical advice.
• Ensure timely responses are given to clients within the defined TAT.
• Give in depth attention to the dietary and holistic services of the clients across different combinations and varied programs
• Maintaining a good net score of happy clients and the maximum retention score possible
• Supporting the wellness team and the management in over all growth and support
• Ownership of the client experiences
• Managing the entire wellness cycle- Onboarding, Reviewing, Attending to the immediate concerns, Upselling, Longer retention etc.
• Be open to try any roles given like being a speaker, being an expert presenter- taking online sessions etc
• Research works - in terms of the subject,
• Bring market & consumer insights to influence products & offerings

Does this sound like you? Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in handling clients in Women/ Maternal health Healthtech /Consumer Internet companies in the domestic market is a must.
• Significant start-up growth experience.
• Sound understanding of client needs ,clinical issues and psychology
• Experience in handling any type of clients
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to build future products and services.
• Superlative team working experience and skills
• Excellent Interpersonal & English communication skills
• Consistent track record of achieving retention targets.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines and targets
• Passionate about client care, solving their medical concerns, always open for new opportunities and learning

• Must hold a Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
