Job Title: Health Support Assistant
Locations: Greece and Chili locations
Schedule: Various schedules available, evenings and weekends needed

Position Overview: Provides support to the team in meeting the health and medical needs of the people who are supported in the home. Additionally, the Health Support Assistant provides advocacy, supervision, training and direct support to people with disabilities based upon each person's plan. Promotes positive behavior and interactions with all people being supported.
