The Healthcare Consultant is responsible for:

• Partnering with physician clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and other community referral sources
• Participating in community activities, sponsored activities and vendor fairs (may include some evening and weekends)
• Acting as a liaison between external and internal customers. Identifies referral-related issues and performs follow-up
• Creating and maintains a close working relationship with Phoenix Directors and Supervisors and outside partners
• Meeting with families to determine care needs and help facilitate referrals to appropriate Phoenix department(s)
• Presenting features and benefits of all Phoenix services, highlighting differentiators, asking probing questions, listening to service issues, handling objections, asking for the business.

Requirements

• Friendly outgoing personality.
• Ability to work alone and on a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Will train the right candidate.
