Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Type: Full time with full benefits

As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Administer inbound and outbound calls handling customers questions via phone and by email.
- Assist to resolve customers with questions and other inquiries
- Follow scripts when asked
- Meet daily and weekly goals to ensure customer engagement satisfaction
- Keep compressive records of conversations in database
Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- 1-2 years of customer care/customer service, call center experience (healthcare experience is a huge plus)
- Problem solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Works well to accomplish team and personal goals weekly
- A winning attitude
