QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Ten years of documented experience performing business analysis on an Agile software development team.
2. Ten years of documented experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with groups of application end users.
3. Ten years of documented experience eliciting, gathering, and documenting User Requirements.
4. Ten years of documented experience performing the software testing function that includes executing software tests, documentation of defects and writing test cases and scripts.
5. Five years of documented experience producing business or technical documentation related to technical specifications, requirements traceability matrices, application interface design, business
process analysis and data flow diagrams.
6. Five years of documented experience performing application development on a Certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) product.
7. Five years of documented experience implementing messaging according to HL7 standards including ADT and C CDA.
