As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.The staff augmentation will coordination project activities and track status for management updates and provide resource plan of Project from conception through development and completion. The Project Manager will also assist with the current ImmTrac2 Modernization multi million dollar project and it's critical integration with the Vaccine Ordering and Allocation (VAOS) and Provider Enrollment systems. The Project Manager will design a focused coordination between management, vendor, stakeholders and required systems outcome. DSHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are carried out according to agency goals and provide solutions when they do not. Assist with crucial detailed project planning, identify resources needs and perform risk management. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:Years Required/Preferred Experience8 Required Skilled in managing multiple projects with experience with Public Health Care related systems. Ability to gather and analyze project coordination. Provide project status documentation8 Required Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and strong teamwork skills.
