Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, present, and sell KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expand business reach through networking techniques
• Meets and exceed sales and admission goals
• Ability to travel independently in the community to attend meetings with referral sources and the public
• Demonstrate ability to develop basic clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCares marketing activities and services
• Must be consistently prepared to discuss prior weeks marketing activity and current weeks marketing plan to diversified referral sources
• Coordinate post discharge homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians to provide a seamless transition to home or SNF
• Ability to communicate at all levels with the healthcare community
• Develops and participates in Community education and outreach events.

Requirements

• Prior Healthcare industry experience required
• College Degree from an accredited college and 2 plus years experience and/or equivalent training
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Preferable work experience includes clinical work, customer service, or other sales experience
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable vehicle
• Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
• Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
