Job Description

• Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

• Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.

• Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.

• Office Executive for Documentation tender submission.

• For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.

• Should have the knowledge of participation in all PSU / e-procurement websites and should have knowledge of vendor registrations as well.

• Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners (local/international) for strategic tie-ups.

Desired skills and experience

• Graduate in any stream.

• 2+ years of experience in relevant field.

• Should possess experience in Bid management/ tender management; bid preparation, proposal writing.

• Online Tenders, e-bidding experience is must.

• Knowledge of Bid Preparation.

• Back end Sales Operation Documentation activities.

• Customer Relationship Management / Liasoning.

• Coordinating Assisting Managers related to Tender.

• Hands on preparing Quotation , Offers, Proposals.
