Job Description -
Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders. -
Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions. -
Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission. -
Office Executive for Documentation tender submission. -
For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team. -
Should have the knowledge of participation in all PSU / e-procurement websites and should have knowledge of vendor registrations as well. -
Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners (local/international) for strategic tie-ups. Desired skills and experience -
Graduate in any stream. -
2+ years of experience in relevant field. -
Should possess experience in Bid management/ tender management; bid preparation, proposal writing. -
Online Tenders, e-bidding experience is must. -
Knowledge of Bid Preparation. -
Back end Sales Operation Documentation activities. -
Customer Relationship Management / Liasoning. -
Coordinating Assisting Managers related to Tender. -
Hands on preparing Quotation , Offers, Proposals.
